Several years ago, I took a vacuum cleaner to Tops on Cortez Rd for repairs. They tried to convince me I needed a new vacuum cleaner. I took my vacuum to another repair shop. He repaired it without any problems. Today, I needed two small gaskets for my Hoover rug cleaner. I stopped by Tops on Manatee. The salesman told me I would need to PURCHASE the ENTIRE assembly. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Just be sure that the lady, if she were to answer the phone, repeats what service you are asking about. If not, I guarantee she will waste your time going here just to let you know the can not fix ....well not much of anything. Robot vacuums anyhow. Poor communication for sure.

Tops Vacuum on Manatee Avenue, in Bradenton; (Joe) sold me the Dream Machine, Innovis and I am very happy with this amazing machine. I have had Husqvarna’s for the past 28 years. It took a lot of convincing to change my mind. He was persistent on putting a great package together for me. But, I was a little disappointed with his response a month later when I inquired about a tune up on my serger; He responded with we will fit you in, in a month or so. Guess I will take my serger to St Petersburg for a tune up.
